Economic Clusters – Dubai

DMCC is the UAE's flagship free zone and a leading global hub for commodities trade and enterprise. Established in 2002, it facilitates trade across a wide range of sectors, including gold, diamonds, tea, coffee, and precious metals. Home to over 24,000 companies, DMCC offers world-class infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and services from its base in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. It has been consistently ranked as the ‘Global Free Zone of the Year’ by the Financial Times’ fDi Magazine.

The TopLand leadership team (through its secondment at The Corporate Office) provided strategic support to clients engaged in diamond trading by ensuring full compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) through the Dubai Diamond Exchange. They provided guidance on ethical sourcing, regulatory adherence, and secure customs processes. By fostering a transparent and well-regulated environment, we enhanced clients’ global credibility and trust in diamond trade practices. This, in turn, helped clients strengthen their market positioning internationally by leveraging DMCC’s strong reputation and infrastructure.
