As the Head of Finance (CFO) of Tamweel PJSC (2004–2007), the TopLand leadership team led the financial strategy during a critical growth phase, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and capital structuring while ensuring Sharia-compliant financial operations. We managed end to end execution for key IPO and Sukuk initiatives, established a robust risk management framework, and strengthened governance and HR systems.
