The Dubai Digital Authority was established to position Dubai as a secure, data driven digital city and a global leader in digital innovation. It has spearheaded transformative initiatives such as the Dubai Data Initiative, Dubai Blockchain Strategy, Dubai AI Roadmap and Dubai Paperless Strategy. Dubai aims to become the world's smartest city through the Dubai 10X Initiative, pushing AI-powered innovation 10 years ahead of other cities.

Our management team (as an independent consultant, on the request of the Dubai Government) contributed to Dubai's Smart City (Malta operations specifically) transformation by developing financial frameworks and investment strategies for digital infrastructure projects across government sectors. We established funding mechanisms for AI-driven solutions and managed budget allocations supporting the transformation of about 1000 government services across transportation, infrastructure, communications, economic services, urban planning and electricity. Our responsibilities included financial planning for blockchain integration, cost optimization for paperless systems, and ROI analysis for smart city investments while ensuring fiscal sustainability of Dubai's digital transformation initiatives.
