The leadership team at TopLand (back in 2001 as employed with Andersen) was seconded to The Corporate Office of the Dubai Government, and through this engagement, worked with Nakheel’s founders and executive management to define the corporate structure and strategic direction for a new master developer, and also further define strategic real estate and economic development clusters. Our engagement included a critical role in establishing governance frameworks and operational processes for emerging business units. We conducted feasibility and competitive analysis to align project rollouts with market demand and investor expectations. Additionally, we advised on integration strategies across real estate, retail, and hospitality verticals for optimized growth.
