As a founding member and CEO at Meraas, TopLand’s leadership team established the company's foundational operational framework during its formative years. We collectively formulated real estate investment strategies and implemented corporate structures supporting diverse business ventures. Our responsibilities included setting up operational systems, legal and risk frameworks, and recruitment strategies to attract top talent. We also played a key role in real estate acquisition and portfolio diversification, including securing a landmark property portfolio with extremely favorable structures, in New York, USA.
