Tamweel PJSC is a UAE-based financial institution specializing in Sharia-compliant financing, property leasing, and real estate trading. Operating under Islamic financing structures such as Ijara, Murabaha, and Istisna, the firm expanded its reach across Dubai and Abu Dhabi through key subsidiaries including Tamweel Properties & Investments LLC and Tamweel Sukuk Limited. Established in March 2004 as a joint venture with Dubai Islamic Bank and Istithmar, the team took Tamweel public in July 2006, listing on the Dubai Financial Market.

As the Head of Finance (CFO) of Tamweel PJSC (2004–2007), the TopLand leadership team led the financial strategy during a critical growth phase, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and capital structuring while ensuring Sharia-compliant financial operations. We managed end to end execution for key IPO and Sukuk initiatives, established a robust risk management framework, and strengthened governance and HR systems. Close collaboration with the board of Directors, helped guide strategic expansion and funding decisions, supporting Tamweel’s emergence.

Our engagement included a critical role in establishing governance frameworks and operational processes for emerging business units. We conducted feasibility and competitive analysis to align project rollouts with market demand and investor expectations. Additionally, we advised on integration strategies across real estate, retail, and hospitality verticals for optimized growth.
